Bear Root Bitters are created with botanicals (roots, bark, fruit, leaves, and flowers) which are either organic or harvested in the Jackson Hole area, with a focus on sustainable harvesting methods while creating delicious craft bitters. Bitters have been around for centuries and were thought to have health properties. More recently they have become essential in craft cocktail making. Old Fashioned Bitters The Old Fashioned Aromatic is a blend of gentian, angelica, cinnamon, clove, all spice and many other flavors. Add a few dashes to almost any drink for the depth and complexity your drink deserves. Lemony Ginger Bitters A blend of lemon, ginger and a few eye-opening mystery flavors. Enjoy with gin, whiskey, or vodka cocktails. Orange Bitters A classic punch of citrus. Orange bitters are necessary in a lot of drinks but all that sugar is not. Get that burst of orange from an orange, not from extra sweet artificial additives. Habanero Ginger Bitters Adding this blend of habanero, ginger, and lime to any beverage ranges from a little activation of your palate, to a little tingle, all the way to a very spicy drink. At first you get the ginger and lime and just as you're thinking, "This isn't too hot," the habanero kicks in. Enjoy in a spicy marg, soda water, or any drink that needs a different dimension. Cherry Chocolate Rich and smooth cherry flavors with a hint of rose hips. Naturally sweet and perfectly balanced by 100% organic cacao, this one delivers a sophisticated harmony of flavors. Cacao Coffee A decadent fusion of coffee, cacao, and vanilla bean crated to elevate any creamy cocktail or dessert. Try it in a White Russian, Brandy Alexander, or Irish Coffee. It also imparts a deep, aromatic complexity to baked goods, too. Teton Lavender Lavender forward with a bitter kick. This botanical blend with an undertone of orange peel and angelica root is great for making any cocktail or tea light, floral, and a bit playful.
