We provide expert toll blending and contract manufacturing for your proprietary oil formulations. Simply share your formula* (protected under our confidentiality agreement), and we'll prepare a tailored pricing proposal using materials from our own range. How It Works Order Formula Pricing Receive your price at each batch size, together with a lead-time forecast Order your Regulatory Documents (a separate product) if you do not already hold current documents for the formula Order a Pilot Sample Receive your 15g reference sample (shipping not included) for approval before any bulk production Minimum Order Quantity 1kg minimum order requirement 5kg+ orders offer optimal cost efficiency Service Options Formula Pricing: Receive a detailed compounding quote for your formula, with a lead-time forecast. Formulas must be produced via Inscentify.com. Pilot Sample: A 15g undiluted reference blend, made from our in-stock materials, for your evaluation and approval. A Pilot Sample requires current Regulatory Documents for the same formula, as we cannot dispatch a blend without a compliant Safety Data Sheet. Regulatory documents — SDS, IFRA and allergen certificates — are prepared separately through our Regulatory Documents service. All prices are based on formulas of up to 50 lines. For formulas of more than 50 ingredients, an additional charge applies. * All formulas submitted for Fraterworks contract compounding must be submitted as an Inscentify document. We are unable to price formulas supplied in spreadsheet, PDF or other formats. Inscentify provides us with a consistent formula record and helps prevent transcription and production errors. Changes Once we have priced your formula, changes are charged for the work involved. Minor Change: quantities of existing materials adjusted (up to 5 amounts). Major Change: a material added, removed, or substituted (per material). A substantial reworking of the formula is treated as a new formula and requires fresh pricing, reflecting the additional labour involved. Quality Assurance All 15 gram pilot samples (échantillon pilote) are created by our team using our in-stock materials. Where your formula contains materials we do not stock, we will tell you in advance and those materials will be omitted from the sample and pricing. Before proceeding with bulk production, we must first create a pilot sample for your evaluation and approval. This ensures your complete satisfaction with the final product. Commitment-Free Process Receiving a price quote places you under no obligation to proceed with our compounding service. You maintain complete flexibility to evaluate our proposal before making any decisions. Our Privacy Promise To You Upon placing your first order, we'll immediately provide our confidentiality agreement (NDA) to ensure your formula remains protected throughout our partnership. Support Options If you're unsure which service to book, simply contact our customer support team. This service is bound by our compounding terms and conditions.
