Lamb Sweetbreads Mild, creamy, and worth trying if you've never had them before. People sometimes consider sweetbread to be like the brains, but they are a bit different. Sweetbrea ds are thymus and pancreas glands and are considered edible offal. They are known for their mild flavor and very creamy texture. They can be cooked grilled, braised, or pan-fried — the outside crisps up easily while the inside stays soft and creamy. (Approximately 8 ounces per order) All of our lamb is domestically raised by American farmers. We provide you with the freshest and highest quality lamb. As opposed to internationally imported lamb, typically from New Zealand and Australia, our domestic lamb has a milder and less gamey taste. All of our Lamb is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat Show more
