Painted with a childlike curiosity - that rare state where the hand follows instinct rather than instruction - Cotton Candy has an airiness that is almost impossible to manufacture . It simply arrived that way. The floating white frame gives it room to breathe, lifting the painting gently from the wall so the light blue background seems to float. It is the kind of painting that makes a room feel lighter the moment it enters.
