Currant Red is a vibrant, jewel-like berry bush that brings both beauty and bounty to the garden. These tangy-sweet berries grow in clusters and are perfect for jams, jellies, sauc es, or a tart burst in summer desserts. Redcurrants love a sunny to part-shaded spot with moist, well-drained soil, and benefit from a layer of mulch to keep roots cool. Prune in winter to maintain an open shape and encourage fresh fruiting wood. A compact, productive shrub that’s perfect for garden beds or edible borders. Size at maturity: 1.5m x 1.5m. Show more
