Released in Minnesota in 1975, What’s A Werb? is a private jazz / fusion album filled with a distinctly free and exploratory spirit. Electric piano, vibraphone, synthesizers, and s axophone move between spacious, spiritual passages and more rhythm-driven grooves. “Northern Lights” is a standout, with Rhodes, vibes, synths, and saxophone creating a beautifully floating, atmospheric sound. A fascinating piece of 1970s US private jazz, where jazz, funk, progressive, and avant-garde elements freely intersect. Show more
