Most of our day is spent insulated from the ground: shoes on, floors underfoot, beds up high. These soft, silver-fibre socks bring a little of that connection back into the quiet hours at home, with nothing extra to do. Two easy ways to use them On their own: plug the Safety Adapter into a grounded wall outlet, then snap the Coil Cord onto the connector on the sock cuff. With your other Earthing products: wear them while your feet rest on a connected Universal Mat, Sleep Mat or Mattress Cover. You'll stay grounded through the mat and keep your feet cosy at the same time. We suggest starting with around 30 minutes a day and building up at your own pace. Silver is highly conductive and naturally odour-resistant, so they need washing less often than regular socks. Medium/Large: fits approximately a women's size 8 up to a men's size 12. Care Hand wash as needed with mild soap and water, and air dry only. Don't use bleach, whitening or oxygen-based detergents, or soaps with essential oils. Wait an hour after applying lotions or oils before wearing. Please note: the socks ground you only when connected via the cord or worn on a connected Earthing product.
