There's something reassuring about always having the right tray for the job, whatever's going into the oven. That's the idea behind the Enamel Baking Tray Set: three trays in mixed sizes, so you can bake sweet and savoury at the same time, or set one tray aside completely for someone with an allergy or dietary need. A non-porous surface resists staining and holding onto odours, so last week's curry traybake won't linger into this week's cookies Non-reactive enamel means acidic or heavily spiced bakes go in without a second thought Easy to wipe clean, so less time scrubbing and more time actually baking It solves a problem most bakeware doesn't think about. Bake everything on one tray and flavours mix, allergens cross over, and someone always ends up missing out. With three trays to work with, that's simply not something you need to manage around anymore. They're lightweight too, easy to lift in and out of the oven, and just as easy to tuck away once baking day winds down. Available in Eucalyptus, Blueberry and Macadamia, so there's a colourway that'll feel right at home in your kitchen. Curious to learn more about Enamel and why we've choosen this material for our newest range - check out Sophie's blog "Why We Chose Enamel Bakeware" Our enamelware is crafted with a durable vitreous enamel coating fused to metal, offering long-lasting beauty and function. Like all enamel, it can chip if handled roughly, dropped, or exposed to sudden temperature changes. To keep your pieces looking their best, use padding or cloth between stacked items when storing, avoid bumping, dropping, or sudden temperature shocks (such as plunging a hot piece into cold water), and stick to wood, silicone, or soft sponges rather than metal utensils or scouring pads.
