The Five Panel Folder (5PF) is ideal for shipping long, heavy, or flat products, such as fishing poles, golf clubs, and more. Consisting of a single cut and scored corrugated piece, 5PFs features a fifth panel that serves as a closing flap, completely covering a side panel. This allows for easy loading during fulfillment — simply wrap the box around the product and secure it with tape. 5PFs are shipped flat and require tape for assembly. Watch how to fold this box style in our new How-to-fold video tutorial! Please reference our Production & Shipping Timelines page for the most up-to-date information on how long your order will take to complete.
