The Floor Glute and Hamstring Developer lets athletes perform back and hip extensions, GHD sit-ups, and glute-ham raises on one compact machine. Four adjustable ankle positions and ten leg positions accommodate a wide range of body types and training needs. Simply adjust the red anodized knobs to set the machine to your preferred position. A heavy-duty steel frame and wide base provide a stable platform during training, while built-in wheels and hand grips make it easy to move around your gym. When your workout is complete, store the machine upright on its plate to minimize its footprint and save floor space. Train your posterior chain with one versatile machine. Add targeted volume to your glutes, hamstrings, lower back, and core with exercises that build strength, control, and muscular endurance—all from a compact setup designed for efficient training.
