The FTC-1 is a 6×7 technical camera for 120 film, with rise, fall and lateral shift. It uses large-format lenses and lets you adjust the framing while keeping the camera level. That's particularly useful for buildings, which are mostly what I photograph. Compose and focus on the ground glass, then swap it for a film back to take the shot. The back rotates between portrait and landscape. Each camera comes with a cone, focusing helicoid and lens board matched to your selected lens. You'll need to supply the lens, film back, tripod and cable release. Gold winner in the 2025 International Design Awards and Category Winner in the 2025 Design Masterprize.
