Gentle Wilderness is an eleven month mixed ferment rested for four additional months on Saskatoon berries from Maxwell Acres. It carries deep berry nuance, soft tannin, and bright rusticity. The result is a quiet, wild harmony that bridges forest fruit, time, and patient cellar work. Ingredients: Water, Barley, Corn, Saskatoon Berries, Hops, Yeast 6% abv 750mL Show more
