GS2 Hat Patch Adhesive Sheets Attach patches without a heat press using GS2 5 mil adhesive sheets. 12x24-inch sheets with acrylic-based adhesive; allow 48–72 hours for full cure. H at Patch Adhesive - No heat press required, simply laser cut and adhere! Sheets are 12"x24" This is our own solution for adhering patches without using heat! This 5mil thick adhesive allows for permanent bonds to textiles and uneven substrates. Acrylic based adhesive has a high initial bond and fully cures with 48-72 hours If your material has any bonding issue, lightly warming the patch with a hair dryer will help form the patch to the hat and allow for more adhesive to flow and connect with the materials.
