Heel Shims are expertly crafted, thin veg-tan inserts specifically designed to sit discreetly at the back of your boot. Their primary purpose is to subtly tighten the fit, providing an optimal solution when your boots feel slightly big or loose. Functioning as a minimalist internal heel counter, these heel shims gently and effectively push your foot forward. This action results in a more secure, "dialed-in" fit, significantly enhancing comfort and stability without compromising the boot’s natural movement or the essential ground feel valued in barefoot shoes and barefoot boots. They offer an effortless way to refine the comfort and performance of your Bearfoot footwear, making them simple to install and remove for on-demand adjustment.
