By using a machine, users save time and get a much better experience as a result. Built for commercial use, it's plate-loaded with an adjustable footplate to suit different leg lengths and movement angles. Each touchpoint is finished in PVC leather for a comfortable training surface that won't dull over time. Easy-to-use machine that removes the hassle of setting up a barbell over the hips. Adjustable, ridged footplate for grip. Fills an often-overlooked part of lower body stations. PVC leather touchpoints for a balance between comfort and toughness. Solving the free weights problem Hip thrusts tend to be one of the heaviest exercises that a user trains, which makes setting them up with a barbell or dumbbell a real struggle when the weight used might be more than they can comfortably carry. This machine removes the need for free weights entirely. It's plate-loaded for a much smoother training experience from start to end of the exercise.
