Description Connect a PVC plumbing system to 8mm SuperFlex tubing or other compatible 8mm tubing with a single adapter. The 3/4-inch male NPT screws into a 3/4-inch female pipe-thread fitting, and the 8mm barb connects to the tubing. The upstream PVC pipe can be any size. Simply tee or reduce the PVC plumbing to a 3/4-inch female NPT connection at the point where you want to transition to 8mm tubing. We primarily use this fitting in commercial irrigation installations and in our Mini Pump Kit. It is compatible with both 8mm SuperFlex tubing and 8mm black poly supply line. Important: This is a pipe-thread (NPT) fitting, not a garden-hose-thread fitting. For a 3/4-inch female garden-hose-thread connection, use the 3/4-inch male garden hose thread to 8mm barb adapter.
