Bold, garlicky, and unapologetically fresh. Jimmy's Small Batch Salsa is made from the same recipe Jimmy has served at our family restaurant in Wyoming for nearly 30 years. Rich, onion-forward, perfectly balanced, and dangerously addictive—the kind of salsa that somehow disappears one chip at a time. Made in small batches with fresh jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, and garlic—never canned vegetables—every batch has its own personality. Some batches may be a little spicier than others, depending on the natural heat of the fresh jalapeños. Medium is our typical heat level, but Mother Nature gets a vote. Built for backyard dinners, kitchen tables, burritos, tacos, eggs, late nights after a show, and eating straight out of the jar while standing in front of the fridge. Classic has never tasted so original.
