Kilo Cookie One kilogram of cookie. Exactly as ridiculous as it sounds. Not a cake person? This is the alternative. One enormous cookie, made with the same dough as the ones in our case, just scaled up until it stops being a snack and becomes a centrepiece. Crisp at the edge, soft and gooey through the middle, and genuinely difficult to photograph in a way that conveys the size. Add an edible fondant message and it does the whole job of a birthday cake for anyone who would honestly rather have cookie. Cut it into wedges like a pie and hand it around. Serves: 6–10Optional: edible fondant message Available for pick up in:Fortitude ValleySouth BrisbaneBroadbeach Keeping it: store in an airtight container at room temperature. Warm slices for a few minutes at 180°C to bring it back to fresh-from-the-oven. Allergen warning: contains wheat, soy, eggs and milk. May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
