Lamb Filet Among the rarest cuts you'll ever find, only two filets come from an entire lamb — making this one of the most exclusive offerings available. Both filets together weigh about half a pound. Known as the most tender portion, the lamb filet is prized for its delicate texture and refined flavor, often considered the lamb equivalent of a beef tenderloin filet. Its mild, elegant taste allows the true richness of lamb to shine. Quick to cook and versatile, it transforms beautifully whether pan-seared, lightly grilled, or roasted. (Approximately 8 Ounces) All of our lamb is unaged and domestically raised by American farmers. We provide you with the freshest and highest quality lamb. As opposed to internationally imported lamb, typically from New Zealand and Australia, our domestic lamb have a milder and less gamey taste. All of our Lamb is USDA Inspected and Halal Meat
