Overview Inspired from the iconic Pasquini Livia 90, the Livia GP is the true successor to the machine that started the home espresso revolution. The Livia GP takes the design ethos, traditional body style and renowned reliability of the Livia 90, but updated with modernized features such as a dual boiler, side loading water tank, and a 3 min quick heat group head. The Livia GP is not just meant for the current espresso enthusiast, it is designed with reliability in mind, so it can become the next generation's first machine too. Key Features Pasquini SpiraFlow Group Head with TrueTemp PID Using our SpiraFlow group head design in combination with our TrueTemp PID sensor, the Livia GP is able to maintain excellent temperature stability without the complexity of a traditional dual boiler design. This gives the Livia GP top of the line espresso performance and flavor with class leading reliability. Programmable Shot Buttons Using a commercial grade internals, the Livia GP Automatic features two user programmable shot buttons for consistent espresso volume and has a manual button for those wanting a more hands on brewing experience. Shot Timer and Barista Lights The Livia GP Automatic is equipped with a shot timer on the front of the machine and has barista lights to illuminate the cup tray allow for optimal workflow and ease of use. Independent Stainless Steel Boiler The Livia GP is a dual boiler espresso machine and as a result, the stainless steel steam boiler can be set to the optimal pressure to deliver perfect steaming performance and produce excellent microfoam without any negative impact on espresso quality. Quick Turn Commercial Grade Steam/Water Valves While most residential turn knobs require multiple full rotations to open, the Livia GP uses commercially rated steam/water valves that go from fully closed to fully open in just a quarter turn. This makes for better ergonomics, improved workflow, and increased reliability. Quick Heat Group Head No more waiting 10-25 minutes, the Livia GP's SpiraFlow group head utilizes a powerful heating element that warms up in about 3 minutes so you can have perfect espresso at a moments notice. Dual Power Switches The benefit of a dual boiler machine is that it does not require the steam boiler heat to make espresso. The Livia GP has two separate power switches so you can flip on the group head for a quick shot of espresso or turn on the steam boiler if you need it but the choice is yours. Side-loading Water Tank The Livia GP's side loading water tank keeps countertops in mind, allowing easy fill access even under a low cabinet. Since there is no water tank lid, the cup warmer tray spans the entire top of the machine. Warranty Details The Livia GP comes with 12 months of Pasquini Performance Warranty so you can rest assured you will be covered against any factory defects.
