3 wheeled frames from Taiwan company Ninja. Took us a few years to finally source them but once we saw how Team Taiwan was flying around on them at a world championship we knew we had to try. We've had a couple testers on them this year and reviews are very positive. Now we have a small batch to share with you! Faster and lighter than traditional 4 wheeled frames. Bigger wheels = more speed. 3 wheels vs 4, lighter. A bit higher off the ground is my concern, normally you want to be low for agility and control. Will it be harder to stop or turn? More stress or risk on ankles or something? Perhaps less stopping power due to less surface contact? Ride height is definitely a bit higher than normal Hi-Lo but much lower than a Marsblade R1. Would definitely be harder to scuff up your boots with the big wheels.. and imagine how much longer a 90mm would last for the outdoor guys.. They are about 110g lighter than a normal 4 wheel frame with wheels, bearings and hardware. We got some samples earlier this year. Shop guy Jordy was testing them this season and loved them. Currently have Brydon Frisk @b.frisky buzzing around on them in Pro Leagues in France with @fdbhockeyLet’s see if they will perform and hold up to playing at the highest level. Now we've got another small batch - lets see how they work for you!
