In the nutritional values, protein content per 100 g can be a bit lower, because the powder contains natural moisture. Soft processing without irradiation NoordCode Pure Whey is prepared using gentle heating without irradiation. This keeps as much protein as possible intact while making the whey protein concentrate food-safe. Halal? The whey powder is Halal certified. However, the facility where the whey is packaged is not Halal certified, nor is each batch produced in the presence and under the supervision of a Halal certification inspector.
