Most athletes and gym enthusiasts know the importance of regular amino acid consumption and their enhanced needs for nutrients when training, but few have recognised the importance of Vitamin D3 until recently. NXT Nutrition’s BCAA, Glutamine & D3 fomula works enhance muscle protein synthesis and improve recovery times with a straightforward inclusion of 5 grams of BCAAs per serving & 5 grams of Glutamine to be taken throughout the course of the day to achieve these goals. However, we also wanted to include a vitamin that all athletes need to maintain optimal health and performance, yet far too many fail to get adequate amounts throughout their diet. That’s where D3 steps in. Only able to be synthesised through sunlight, Vitamin D3 is at chronically low levels amongst the general population as a whole, and this is a huge problem. Given that it plays an integral role in healthy hormone production, in addition to promoting gut health, the absence of Vitamin D3 in the body often goes sorely missed with the modern sedentary lifestyle. NXT Nutrition’s BCAA, Glutamine & D3 matrix is the perfect way to not only fuel muscle building, performance and recovery, it also bridges the gap between optimal health and should be a staple for all hard training athletes and gym goers alike.
