Designed by Stockholm-based Note Design Studio, Fritz Hansen's Pelagus Collection offers a complete range of furniture pieces that contribute to creating a cosy and elegant outdoor living and dining space. The collection includes a lounge chair, dining chair, armchair, and sunbed.Crafted with a solid teak tabletop and a powder-coated aluminium frame, the table is designed to be versatile for both indoor and outdoor use. Its rounded edges and slatted extendable top not only add practicality but also lend a graceful contemporary touch. Teak's natural oils and density provide enhanced protection outdoors, protecting it from rot, splitting, and other weather-related harm. The table's clever construction allows for easy extension by adding additional plates, accommodating up to two insert plates. When not in use, two extension plates can be conveniently stored underneath the tabletop, within the frame. With a maximum capacity of two extra plates, the table can transform from a 6-8 seater into a 10-12 seater, making it perfect for hosting outdoor lunches or parties. We suggest pairing the table with a Pelagus Chair or Pelagus Armchair to complete the look.
