We are all about aviation around here and not all hats are made for pilots. Traditional baseball caps have a button on top that creates an uncomfortable pressure point under an aviation headset. They can also interfere with a proper ear cup seal—something every pilot notices after a long day of flying. Designed specifically with pilots in mind, this lightweight performance hat features a button-free crown for superior headset comfort and a breathable, moisture-wicking fabric that keeps you cool in the cockpit. The low-profile construction allows your headset to sit naturally while maintaining a comfortable seal around your ears. Features ✔ Button-free crown for headset comfort ✔ Lightweight, breathable performance fabric ✔ Improved headset ear cup seal ✔ Moisture-wicking construction ✔ Adjustable fit ✔ Designed by pilots, for pilots Built for the cockpit. Ready for every adventure.
