1KG Catering pack Pine nuts are actually the seeds of the pine cone. These small, pointed seeds are rich, creamy, and make a fantastic garnish or ingredient in a variety of sweet a nd savoury dishes. They are more expensive than most seeds due to the time it takes for the cone to mature. Extracting the soft seeds from their tough outer shell is also a laborious process, adding to their value. These delicious organic pine nuts are a premium choice. They have a firm yet smooth texture, making them ideal for creating velvety pesto. Ingredients: Organic Pine Nuts (Pinus Sibirica) Show more
