Our Pink Plastic Pants are reusable adult diaper covers with a waterproof plastic shell, side snap closures and a sweet translucent pink finish. π Designed to wear over an absorbent diaper, they bring an extra outer layer to your ABDL wardrobe without hiding your favourite padding completely. Snaps run down both sides, so you can open the pants for dressing and changing. Elastic around the waist and leg openings gathers the edges, while the full brief shape provides coverage over your diaper. The simple pink design pairs easily with pastel onesies and matching accessories. Choose from sizes M through XXL, allowing room for the diaper you plan to wear underneath. Explore our Adult Diapers collection to build your reusable rotation. Love a coordinated pink look? Pair these covers with our Pink Adult Diaper, checking both size guides to allow enough room for layering.
