We specialise in the fitting of new and the refurbishment of existing foam landing pits for gymnastics clubs, trampoline clubs/parks, parkour centres etc. We can help you create th e perfect safe environment by installing the padding for you or supply only so you can fit it yourselves. Our pit padding is the perfect finish for all raised/sunken landing pits as. These can be tailor made to suit any type of existing landing pit application or environment and they are available in a variety of sizes, thicknesses and colours. There are two types of pit padding available, the pit internal wall padding and the pit top edge padding. Typically, the pit internal wall padding is fitted from the pit base foam layer inside the pit, continues up the vertical pit walls and meets the pit top edge padding which sits on top of the pit wall padding and continues approximately 30cm-33cm on the horizontal floor area. This can be finished with a PVC edging strip (if required) to ensure it remains secure in use and gives a smooth transition from the floor area into pit. The pit padding can be installed using velcro or more preferably, using a contact adhesive for a more permanent bond. The pit padding is available in either 3cm, 4cm or 5cm thicknesses. They feature a 3cm, 4cm or 5cm thick (corresponding to the padding thickness options) low density closed cell cross linked polyethylene foam core which is ideal for shock absorbing. They are covered and bonded with a heavy-duty smooth PVC fabric. The PVC fabric covering is available in a variety of colours to match your facility's theme or club colours as well as bright colours so they stand out. The pit padding are available with a bonded backing so they can be glued into place using a contact adhesive, or you can use a hook and loop velcro. Although these are standard sizes, we can manufacture the wall padding to almost any size.
