Rest is Flow State's evening mushroom blend: Reishi, Chaga and Turkey Tail, made to help you wind down, sleep deeply and recharge overnight. It's a powder, not a capsule, designed to stir into your evening routine. It comes as a 100g tin, around 80 servings at half a teaspoon a day. At the heart of the blend is Reishi, long known as the 'mushroom of immortality', for calm and restful sleep. Chaga and Turkey Tail add gentle support for gut health and immunity, so your body can recharge overnight. All three are dual-extracted with hot water and alcohol to preserve a broad range of naturally occurring compounds, including beta-glucans.Every batch is independently third-party tested in New Zealand, by Hill Laboratories and Massey University, for heavy metals, pesticides and microbials, with beta-glucan content verified per batch and reports published on our site. We're a small, family-owned business, and these are the supplements we take ourselves. No fillers, no flowing agents, just pure mushroom extract powder. Most people stir Rest into a hot cocoa, herbal tea or warm milk in the evening, as a calming wind-down ritual before bed. Please consult a health professional before taking this supplement if you have a health condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or nursing.
