A seriously hot but seriously flavorful sauce made with Smoked Fresnos, Habanero, Morita, Chipotle and 7 Pot peppers, on a base of smoked onions, maple, black garlic and dates. To push it further, La Pimenterie added some high quality pepper extract. Usually we avoid sauces with pepper extract, since they tend to taste bitter and off-putting. This one is the exception, the extract makes it hotter without wrecking the flavor.
