The "Unstuck" Strategy Session Stop guessing and stop bleeding cash. Get on a 45-minute 1-on-1 call with a real-time operator to fix your broken machine, dial in your math, and get your moving business moving again. Sometimes You Just Need a Lifeline. You’ve read the books. You’ve watched the YouTube videos. But right now, you are staring at a very specific, expensive problem in your moving business that a generic video can't solve. Maybe you are stuck under the $6,000/month ceiling and can't figure out why your Thumbtack profile is only attracting cheap, tire-kicking leads. Maybe you are quoting 3-bedroom houses but the customers keep ghosting you. Or maybe you are terrified to pull the trigger and quit your 9-to-5 because you don't know if your operational math is actually solid. You don't need another six-week course. You need answers today, tailored to your specific city and your specific truck. I am an active, real-time operator. Just last week, on March 31st, I officially handed in my resignation letter at my day job. I broke the ceiling. I scaled Anytown Moving and Delivery to the point where I am now 100% full-time. I know exactly what the transition looks like, and I know exactly what breaks along the way. Let's get on the phone and fix your machine. What We Do on the Call (The Triage) This is not a casual chat. This is a 45-minute working session. You bring your biggest operational bottleneck, and we execute a tear-down. Depending on where you are stuck, here is what we will cover: The Profile Audit: We will open up your Thumbtack and Google Business profiles live on the call. I will tell you exactly what settings are draining your ad budget and how to restructure your Exact Match traps to capture premium leads. The Pricing Matrix Fix: If you are working 10-hour days and barely breaking even, your math is broken. We will look at your local market and build a rigid flat-rate pricing script so you stop leaving money on the table. Operational Triage: Don't know how to secure a 26-foot commercial Penske rental? Keep getting your truck packed wrong? Can't find reliable helpers who actually show up? We will map out your "Ghost Fleet" and bench-building strategy. The "Escape the 9-to-5" Roadmap: If you are trying to build this while working 40 hours a week for a boss, I will give you the exact timeline and revenue milestones you need to hit before you hand in your two weeks' notice safely. Who This Call Is For (And NOT For) Do NOT book this call if: You haven't actually started yet and just want to "pick my brain" about whether moving is a good idea. You are going to argue with the math. If I tell you your hourly rate is too low and you refuse to raise it out of fear, save your money. DO book this call if: You are an active owner-operator currently running jobs. You have a specific operational or digital marketing problem that is costing you money right now. You are coachable, ready to take notes, and ready to implement the changes the second we hang up the phone. The ROI of 45 Minutes Think about the Lifetime Value (LTV) of one missed customer. If your Thumbtack auto-replies are set up wrong, you aren't just losing a $30 lead fee—you are losing a $600 job today, and the three referrals that customer would have given you next year. This call pays for itself the very next time your phone rings and you actually know how to close the deal.
