The Heat Grate Cowl pattern was designed by Elizabeth Beach. Our sample was knit in a Miss Babs Toe Trio in Calendula, Celtic, and Slipstream. What better way to surround your neck and chest than with the warmth of heat rising from a grate when you are in the cold grasp of a winter’s day? This cozy cowl is knit in three colors from the top down using several slip stitch mosaic patterns. In addition to ample neck coverage, it sports a subtle flare at the bottom to give some extra protection to the chest area and fits neatly under a coat.
