The gorgeous PS24862C is a couture gown by Portia and Scarlett featuring double straped bodice with a gorgeous beaded top. The dress has cut-outs at the waist and a gorgeous skirt with feathers throughout. The dress does not come with the gloves shown in the photo. FEATURES:- Back zipper, hidden- Cups in bodice (no bra needed!)- Fully lined FIT: Runs true to sizing chart. If you are between sizes, go up to the larger size and alter down. Dress has no stretch.
