Queen Split Base NZ Made | BroDeals New Zealand This Queen split base is New Zealand made from top quality upholstered NZ pine, finished in high quality fabric in standard black. As a split base it is a far easier bed to move through tight doorways and up small staircases than a one piece Queen. It arrives fully assembled rather than flat packed, so the only job left is screwing in the feet by hand. Why It Stands Apart Split base design: A split base is the sensible choice where access is tricky, such as narrow hallways and small staircases. New Zealand made: Built here and described as strong and durable rather than lightweight. Pinewood frame: NZ pine gives the base real structure underneath the upholstery. Arrives fully assembled: Not a flat pack. Screw in the feet by hand and it is ready for a mattress. Made for heavier people as well: The build is rated to suit heavier sleepers, not just average weights. Headboard fittings included: Fittings and bolts are supplied so a standard headboard fits simply.
