SILENT LINE is built around a single, bright stroke of yellow. Above it, layers of turquoise and periwinkle blue dissolve into a band of white light, like mist rising from the sea, while below a deep oxblood red grounds the composition. The line does not shout, yet it holds everything together, the quiet point where the eye comes to rest. Spread with a palette knife over a dark ground, the colours keep a raw, luminous texture, with the dark base showing at the edges. Its small square format is perfect for a bedside wall, a niche or the space above a console.
