Take your sim racing setup to the next level with the Trak Racer Universal Steering Wheel Hub Spacer — a precision-engineered steering wheel extension designed for serious sim racers, esports competitors and motorsport enthusiasts. Since 2008, Trak Racer has been at the forefront of the sim racing industry, designing high-performance simulator cockpits, sim rigs, and racing simulator accessories trusted by professionals worldwide. As an official partner of the BWT Alpine F1 Team, Porsche and Airbus Aircraft, Trak Racer delivers motorsport-inspired engineering to the world of racing simulation. Motorsport-Inspired Engineering for Sim Racing Performance Designed to optimise ergonomics and steering precision, the Trak Racer hub spacer moves your steering wheel closer to your ideal driving position — critical for: Competitive sim racing Formula-style seating positions GT and endurance racing simulation High-torque direct drive wheelbases Professional racing simulator builds Correct wheel placement improves control, reduces fatigue and enhances force feedback detail — particularly when paired with high-end direct drive systems such as Simucube, Simagic, MOZA, Asetek and VNM. Why a Hub Spacer Instead of Moving Your Whole Rig? Most sim racing cockpits only allow the wheel deck itself to move fore and aft — but that doesn't always give you the exact reach you need, especially with compact Formula-style wheels or when using a low, reclined seating position. A hub spacer solves this directly at the wheel, letting you fine-tune wheel distance in fixed increments without touching your entire cockpit setup, your pedal position, or your monitor alignment. It's the same principle used in real motorsport, where drivers fit spacers between the steering column and wheel to dial in the exact reach for their driving position — now brought to sim racing. CNC-Machined 6061-T6 Aviation-Grade Aluminium Manufactured from billet 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminium, this steering wheel spacer delivers exceptional structural rigidity while remaining lightweight — minimising rotational mass and preserving sharp force feedback response. Fully CNC-machined for precision fitment Anodised matte black finish for durability Corrosion-resistant and motorsport-ready Engineered for high-torque sim racing wheelbases The result is uncompromised strength without added flex — ideal for competitive sim racing environments, where every millimetre of unwanted movement is felt through the wheel. Universal Fit for Sim Racing Wheels & Rigs Designed for maximum compatibility across the sim racing ecosystem, this universal steering wheel hub spacer supports two common PCD bolt patterns: 6 x 70mm (2.76") 3 x 50.8mm (2") Available Sizes: 50mm / 1.97" 100mm / 3.94" 150mm / 5.91" Whether you're upgrading a sim racing cockpit, aluminium profile rig, Formula simulator or GT racing setup, this hub extension provides flexibility across steering wheels and mounting standards.
