This bundle teaches contractors how to better select, manage, document, and hold subcontractors accountable. Contractors will learn the importance of strong subcontractor agreements, clear scopes of work, proper insurance requirements, jobsite documentation, scheduling control, quality management, and dispute prevention. Your subcontractors will make or break your projects, but most GCs run them informally and pay the price. This bundle teaches you how to write subcontractor agreements that actually protect you, what documentation to keep on every job, and how to manage performance so subs deliver on schedule, on budget, and at quality. The result: predictable jobs, fewer fights, and more profitable closeouts. This bundle is ideal for contractors who want stronger subcontractor agreements, better jobsite accountability, and the documentation systems that turn unreliable subs into dependable partners.
