Superamerican is the third album from Pittsburgh's Dirty Faces and the first in a planned trilogy. Founded in 1997 by singer T Glitter, with bassist Tricky Powers the other constan t through years of lineup changes, the band built a reputation for loud, chaotic and often confrontational live shows. On record they leave room for quieter, more reflective moments among the punk, pulling from British and American art punk, 1970s hard rock, the Stooges and hip hop. Released in October 2005 on Brah Records, following Covered in Lime (1998) and More Lies (2002). Show more
