Bourne HPP Syvecs S7 Billet ECU Mounting Bracket The Bourne HPP Billet ECU Mounting Bracket is a premium hardware solution designed specifically for the Syvecs S7i and S7Plus engine management systems. In a high-performance or motorsport environment, securing the ECU is critical to prevent internal hardware fatigue caused by vibration and chassis shock. This bracket provides a rigid, secure, and aesthetically superior mounting point compared to universal or plastic alternatives. CNC-machined from a single block of 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, the Bourne HPP bracket ensures that your ECU remains perfectly positioned even under high G-loads. Its design also aids in heat dissipation by acting as a secondary heatsink for the ECU’s aluminum casing. Performance and Precision Engineering Every aspect of the Bourne HPP bracket is focused on durability and ease of installation within tight engine bays or interior footwells. CNC Billet Construction: Machined to incredibly tight tolerances for a perfect "glove-like" fitment around the Syvecs S7 chassis. Vibration Dampening: The rigid mounting structure eliminates the movement often associated with generic zip-tie or velcro mounting methods, protecting the sensitive internal processors. Lightweight Design: Despite its strength, the bracket features strategic weight-reduction pockets, making it ideal for weight-sensitive racing applications. Corrosion Resistance: Finished in a high-quality black or silver anodizing to protect against oxidation and maintain a professional look in the engine bay. Installation and Compatibility The bracket is designed to be a direct fit for the Syvecs S7 range and features multiple pre-drilled mounting holes to allow for various orientations on the chassis or bulkhead. Direct Fitment: Specifically sized for the Syvecs S7i and S7Plus (S7-I/S7-P). Hardware Included: Typically supplied with stainless steel mounting bolts to secure the ECU to the bracket. Access Maintained: The bracket is designed to ensure that the main 121-pin connector and the USB/Ethernet communication ports remain fully accessible while the ECU is mounted.
