The U3000 Pro uses a different specified filter, so check the full camera name when ordering a replacement. This package contains one filter, not a front-and-rear set. Clean the camera lens with the supplied cloth. Remove the protective film and position the filter with its guide points vertical and crescent-shaped adhesive pads facing the lens. No. This standard filter is excluded for U3000 Pro, U1000 Plus, ARC 900 and ARC 700. Use the filter specified for those cameras. Check the exact model rather than choosing by brand alone. Does it fit the original U3000? Yes. The original Thinkware U3000 uses the standard filter. Do not confuse that model with U3000 Pro, which needs its own specified filter. Will it remove all glare? No. It can reduce polarized reflections, including dashboard reflections in the windshield. Lighting angle, glass and installation affect the result, and some glare can remain. How should I align it? Clean the lens, remove the protective film and keep the guide points vertical. The crescent-shaped adhesive pads face the camera lens.
