Our UE Buffer Jack is an inline 3.5mm adapter for sources that are too loud at low volume settings or add audible hiss when paired with sensitive IEMs. Placed between the source an d your IEM cable, it reduces the incoming signal level and can help quiet hiss caused by an impedance mismatch. Use it with custom UE Pro IEMs or the UE Universal Series when an aircraft entertainment system or another 3.5mm source is too loud or adds hiss. It doesn't convert connector formats or replace a cable — both the source and the IEM cable must use 3.5mm connections.
