Add Sony sound to your systemSony has a well-deserved reputation for making great audio easy to access. With their XS-162GS 6-1/2" component car speakers you'll experience bigger, deeper, and fresher sound in your car, at a price that hits the sweet spot between value and performance. Thanks to the separate woofers and tweeters, your music's soundstage will be more realistic, with better separation between the highs and lows than regular 2-way coaxial speakers. Sony's audio engineers have built upon this inherent advantage by employing woofers and tweeters that will bring out the best in your music.Rockin' lowsThe woofer's durable composite polypropylene cone keeps its shape when playing low frequencies, while the woofer's air-filled foam rubber surround dampens distorting vibrations. You'll hear bass that's accurate and strong. The woofer's construction encourages ample air circulation, for higher power handling.Stellar highsSony has cribbed this system's tweeter design from their premium speaker offerings. The silk tweeters radiate clean and accurate highs throughout your car's interior, without harshness. To ensure that you can mount the tweeters in the best location, Sony supplies angle-, surface-, and flush-mount hardware.Product highlights: component speaker system includes 2 woofers and 2 tweeters with inline crossovers 6-1/2" composite polypropylene woofer with foam rubber surround 13/16" silk soft-dome tweeter handles up to 45 watts RMS (250 watts peak power) frequency response: 45-24,000 Hz sensitivity: 89 dB top-mount depth: 1-7/8" surface-, angle-, and flush-mount tweeter hardware included warranty: 3 years What's in the box: 2 Woofers 2 Tweeters Two 46" Speaker wires with in-line tweeter crossovers 2 Flush mount tweeter housings 2 Angled surface mount tweeter wedges 2 Adhesive backed surface mount pads Eight 1-1/8" Screws Two M3x4mm Flat head machine screws Installation instructions Warranty information Woofer template on the box
