The bronze's sound characteristics, which seem to combine a wooden body with a metal body, are achieved by finishing it with a shallow body, resulting in a crisp sound with a quick attack and a sharp sound that seems to explode sideways instantly. However, the sound pressure and low-mid range do not give the impression of a shallow body, and this will change your conventional concept of the piccolo.
