New Tim Henson model! Expected to arrive sequentially around the end of October 2026! A signature model for Tim Henson, guitarist of Polyphia, a band that continues to lead the gui tar instrumental genre! • A new model featuring a chambered body and a Fishman sound system. - FR-shaped chambered body with side port (side hole) Based on the Ibanez original FR shape with a single cutaway, this is a thin body with a unique chambered structure that includes a side sound port. This structure delivers a solid sound and tight tone, as well as an astonishingly wide frequency response from rich bass to clear treble. The top is made of flame maple (plywood) with a see-through finish, and it features fan bracing, which is common in classical guitars. • 46mm nut width / 400mm radius fingerboard: The nut width is between that of a typical classical guitar and an electric guitar, and the fingerboard has a 400mm radius. Designed with electric guitar players like Tim in mind, these specifications set it apart from classical guitars to ensure smooth fingering. Furthermore, this instrument, which pioneers a new category of nylon-string electric guitars, features a slightly lower string action (compared to typical classical guitars) that doesn't mind even a bit of buzzing.・Tree of Death fretboard inlay The naming and design, which seem to complement the fretboard inlays that are a symbol of Ibanez, are special specifications that symbolize the TOD model, realized through Tim's own ideas. Fishman Aura Custom Tim Henson System (preamp & pickup) This custom system combines Fishman Aura technology with a Fishman Acoustic Matrix undersaddle pickup. It generates a response from the pickup that mimics a studio microphone recording, seamlessly blending the two to achieve a vibrant, natural acoustic sound. Furthermore, the stereo output function allows for independent output of the piezo and body pickup signals from a single output jack. Combined with Aura's image blend function, it delivers a natural, acoustically deep, rich, and three-dimensional nylon string tone. (Powered by a 9V alkaline battery) *The image is a sample. Due to the nature of the product, the wood grain will vary from piece to piece.Body Shape: FRH chambered Top: Flamed Maple Back & Sides：Solid Okoume back & Solid Okoume Bracing：Fan Bracing for Chambered FRH body Body binding：Rosewood body binding Neck: C Shape / Nyatoh Set-in neck Fretboard: Ebony Bridge：Ebony double hole bridge Inlay: Tree of Death inlay Tuning Machine: Gold Classical tuners Nut Material: Plastic nut Saddle Material: Plastic saddle Pickup: Fishman(R) Acoustic Matrix Undersaddle Pickup, Fishman(R) Bridge Mounted Body Pickup Preamp: Fishman(R) Aura(R) Custom Tim Henson System Output Jack: 1/4 Output (Mono or Stereo) Scale: 651mm/25.6 NUT Width: 46mm Includes Tim Henson signature gig bag.
