CD2-like receptor activating cytotoxic cells (CRACC), also known as CS1, SLAMF7, and CD319, is a 65-75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the SLAM subgroup of the CD2 family. Within the ECD, human CRACC shares 54% and 52% aa sequence identity with mouse and rat CRACC, respectively. There are seven known isoforms of CRACC which are distinguished by deletions and/or substitutions in both their ECD and cytoplasmic domains. CRACC is expressed on the surface of NK cells, CD8+ T cells, activated B cells, and mature dendritic cells. Specifications Synonyms CD2 subset 1; CRACC; CD319; CS1; Novel Ly9; SLAMF7; 19A; FOAP-12 Uniprot No. Q9NQ25-1 Source Recombinant Biotinylated Human SLAMF7/CRACC/CD319 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ser23-Met226. Source The protein has a predicted MW of 25.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Physical Appearance Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC Endotoxin < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. Storage The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -20℃ for 1 year. 2-7 days, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.3 -6 months, -20 to -80°C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
