DRIFT brings two forces together, side by side. A deep crimson, shadowed with burgundy, runs alongside a teal blue with hints of green and navy, while a fine seam of white, gold an d green traces the line where they almost meet. The title evokes a slow, almost imperceptible movement, like two presences, or two sides of ourselves, travelling together at their own pace. It can be hung from any side, vertically or horizontally: upright, its slim format suits a narrow wall or the space beside a doorway; laid horizontally, it sits beautifully above a bed, a sofa or a console.
