Sage + Mullein Elixir This respiratory-focused formula features Sage and Mullein, two herbs with a long history of traditional use for respiratory support. Sage is a naturally aromatic, drying herb traditionally used to soothe sore throats and coughs, support the respiratory system, and help when excess mucus or a runny nose is present. Mullein brings a gentle, soothing quality, with naturally occurring mucilage that helps coat and comfort irritated respiratory tissues and mucous membranes, while her traditional expectorant properties make her a wonderful herb for supporting the body's natural clearing of mucus. Gentle yet powerful, we love these two herbs together because they complement one another beautifully—sage helps dry and clear, while mullein helps soothe and comfort—creating a balanced elixir to naturally support the respiratory system through seasonal colds, coughs, congestion, and irritated throats.
